Bandai Godzilla 2007 Series

In 2007, Bandai Creation released their latest series of high-quality figures devoted to creatures from the Godzilla films.

The line consisted of two different sizes of figures. The larger figures were 12" in height; these consisted of the modern Godzilla and the modern version of Mecha-Godzilla.

The smaller figures were 6-1/2" and consisted of four characters: 'Millennium' Godzilla, 'Classic' (1968) Godzilla, Destroyah, and Hedora.

Bandai Creation had released two previous series of figures; the first was a 'classic' set of characters, while the second was devoted to characters from the 1998 American Godzilla film. Bandai Creation is a subsidiary of Bandai America Inc. The 2007 series can be differentiated by the size of the figures, and by the distinctive, modern packaging which features the modern Godzilla profile.

The 2007 figures are of high quality in construction and design. Bandai released a large number of these onto the American market, so that the figures can often be found at a discount.
